HOME ONLY FINANCE:

This is a loan where you finance the home only.  This can be for a manufactured home in a manufactured home community or a manufactured  home on your own property if you don’t need money for site improvements.  This type of loan is generally approved in about 2 hours, has no closing cost or prepayment penalty.  Usually loan terms are up to 20 years and interest rates vary on amount of money down and past credit history.

LAND AND HOME CONSTRUCTION FINANCE:

This is a loan where you finance the home, land and site improvements.  This can be for a manufactured or modular home.  This loan can include property you may be looking to purchase.  We have many lenders we can refer you to.  In many cases you are able to finance the closing cost in the loan if you wish.  Loan terms are up to 30 years and interest rates vary on amount of money down and past credit history.
