At LTS Homes we offer a large selection of manufactured and modular homes.  With over 40 years at the same location, an experienced staff of housing consultants, LTS Homes offers the best in housing with the security of a family business with strong community history.

Our model home center is open 7 days a week.   Office hours are Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm.  Saturday 9 am to 4 pm and Sunday 11 am to 4 pm.  We are available anytime by appointment.  We offer you the opportunity to view our fully furnished, heated and decorated model homes.  We have as many as 25 model homes on display including the largest selection of new single wide homes in the area.  All homes are open.  No need to fill out a form to get a key for the homes. 

Visit our all new on site DESIGN CENTER!!!!  One room featuring all selections of cabinets, flooring, molding, shingles and vinyl siding.  No need to look at small samples or go from house to house.  You can custom design your new home all in 1 room.  We are the only local builder to offer you this feature!!

Your new home purchase is a major investment.  Looking at floorplans, colors and pricing is important, but don't forget to research your builder and contractor.  You can do this at the New York State Attorney Generals web site http://www.nyknowyourcontractor.com/ and the Better Business Bureau at http://www.upstateny.bbb.org/

You should also know the builder of your manufactured or modular home.  Here at LTS Homes we own part of Eagle River Homes our primary supplier of manufactured homes. Investing in a home built by a private builder owned company makes sense in these uncertain times. 

All of our homes have posted pricing.  Our pricing reflects the cost to re-order the home exactly as you see it.  No base price confusion.  We have posted our prices for over 7 years for the benefit of our customers.
