We are the oldest builder of manufactured and modular homes in the area.  This year we will celebrate 40 years in business.  We offer the most of any builder in the area featuring the largest selection of new single section and pre-owned homes.  We are also associated with 5 manufactured home communities in 3 different school districts.  LTS Homes also owns part of Eagle River Homes, our main supplier of manufactured and modular home.  This advantage gives you the best pricing available.

 Featuring an extensive selection of modular homes by Ritz Craft Homes and manufactured homes by Eagle River and Marlette.   Our model home center is open 7 days a week.   Office hours are Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm.  Saturday 9 am to 4 pm and Sunday 11 am to 4 pm.  We are available anytime by appointment.  We offer you the opportunity to view our fully furnished, heated and decorated model homes.  We have as many as 25 model homes on display including the largest selection of new single wide homes in the area. Pre- owned homes are always available.  We have a large selection of single and double section pre-owned homes.  Please contact us for details.   All homes are open.  No need to fill out a form to get a key for the homes.
